Frequently Asked Questions
How does the UV sanitizer work?
Our sanitizer uses dual UV lights to emit UVC rays which break apart and destroy germ DNA, leaving your device clean and sterile.
Does it protect against COVID-19?
Only the CDC has access to the novel strain of the virus, so we do not currently have a way to test our sanitizer's effectiveness against COVID19.
How long does it take to clean?
Our sanitizer has two cleaning modes: standard (30 minutes) and express (18 minutes). We recommend the standard mode if you’re looking for maximum sterilization.
Does it clean both sides of my phone?
Yep. Our sanitizer will clean all sides so there's no need to flip your phone over for another cycle.
Can it charge & clean at the same time?
The wireless charging surface is located on the lid of the sanitizer, so the device that is being cleaned will not be charged. However, if you want to charge one device and clean another at the same time, both functions will work simultaneously.
Which phones will fit in the sanitizer?
Almost all of the most popular devices will fit with a few exceptions. All iPhone and Pixel phones will comfortably fit. Same with most Galaxy phones, with the exception of the S20 Ultra and the Note series.
Will it sanitize items other than phones?
Yep. Our sanitizer works great for AirPods, keys, wallets, glasses, credit cards, face masks, and more.
